Global Email List Vs. Survey Specific Email List
What is the difference between a "Global List" and a "Survey Specific List?"
- Survey Specific Email List: This list type allows all email lists to be created as Survey Specific lists by default. Survey specific lists are accessible only through that specific survey.
- Global List: This list type allows you to use an email list across multiple surveys. Global lists are accessible through any survey in your account.
I am unable to view my survey list through other surveys - don’t remember selecting a specific type of email list.
When a new list is created, by default the list type gets selected as Survey Specific Email List. Please change the same to a global list in case you wish to use the list for different surveys.
Can I change a list from a Survey Specific List type to a Global List after I’ve imported the list?
No, at the moment this change is not possible.
