SalesForce : Fetch Data
QuestionPro provides you the feature to fetch the data from a certain field under your SalesForce object you have mapped to, and pass on that fetched data into custom variable in QuestionPro.
Go to: Login >> Survey >> Integrations >> SalesForce Integration
Make sure that you have Integration Type as Update Records.
Under Fetch Data, select the Salesforce field that you want to fetch the data from and select the custom variable where you want to save the fetched data.
Once we fetch the data it will get updated in the Response Viewer.
Note: This works only for Update Records Integration Type.
